Pastor Isaac Carter, Jr; is a native of Illinois. He is a humble, and gifted leader of God whose ultimate desire is to do the will of God. 

He has been ministering for 30 years in the gospel field for Jesus Christ. In October 2021, he became the "Founder and Senior Pastor" of the Prayer & Worship Impact Center (NFP). He has been married to his lovely wife KeOne for 5 years; serving alongside him in ministry.

 Pastor Isaac’s desire and mission is to reconcile individuals back to the Father through a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. His target is guiding followers to stand in faith and demonstration of the word of God, identifying purpose, and dismantling the works of the devil in the lives of people. 

As a visionary, he implemented a ministry for men, women, youth, singles, and marriages. His efforts continue, with the help of his ministry team by establishing a community to strengthen the foundation of Kingdom living based upon the word of God.  With his teaching style, patience, and determination for growth, he remains dedicated to the calling of God. And creating pathways for others to become greater than they are today.

KeOne (key-own) Carter, a native of Chicago, IL, is a dedicated woman of faith known for her kindness, generosity, and passionate leadership. Committed to serving alongside her husband, Pastor Isaac D. Carter, Jr., in ministry, KeOne's focus lies in empowering, equipping, supporting, and discipling individuals across generations—children, young adults, women, and men—to cultivate a deep love for the Lord, foster unwavering faith, and walk in the identity of Christ Jesus.

Her role extends beyond the confines of traditional ministry, as evidenced by her tenacity in prayer and commitment to interceding for others, forging meaningful connections with the hearts of families and communities. KeOne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language & Literature with a minor in Theater from Savannah State University and a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University. Currently pursuing her Ph.D., she brings a wealth of experience from teaching in Chicago Charter Schools, working in Higher Education, and serving in the public service sector.

As a visionary in the Kingdom of God, KeOne's paramount responsibility is to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Wholeheartedly devoted to the Lord, she actively engages in serving God's people, striving to lay a strong foundation of faith and hope in their lives. Drawing from her own life experiences and breakthroughs, KeOne serves as a catalyst for redirecting those who are lost or in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing towards the highest and best perspective: Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
